The welcoming hall gives access to all of the rooms. A built in cupboard contains many useful utility items such as an iron, ironing board and cool bag with thermos and a picnic set. The framed drawings and etchings give a flavour of the local area.

Enjoy taking it easy in the spacious sitting/dining room with a lofty ceiling, stone fireplace and stove is a stunning room. With comfortable high quality sofas, a mix of antique oak and reproduction furniture, a flat screen digital freeview TV, DVD player, and digital radio. Bring your own laptop to use our internet access at no extra charge. There is a good selection of books, magazines, DVD’s, CD’s, and games.

The rich terracotta in the twin bedroom creates an air of sumptuous luxury. This room also has beamed ceilings and a large built in mirrored wardrobe.  There is also a storage cupboard for your suitcases. The walls display antique prints and the 3ft beds are of top quality with deep mattresses to ensure a perfect nights sleep.

For your comfort, beds are made up with crisp cotton bed linen, and for your convenience both bedrooms are equipped with hair dryers.

The pretty beamed double bedroom is charming and furnished with matching painted furniture. A beautiful patchwork quilt and botanical prints make this a “country cottage“ bedroom. Enjoy relaxing in this cosy room where you can star gaze through the Velux window from the comfort of the luxurious double bed.

There is a bathroom with W.C., wash basin, bath with power shower over. Bath and hand towels, bathrobes. Luxury toiletries are provided.

In the kitchen you will find a tea towel, towel, apron and oven gloves, and complementary tea tray with homemade cake on your arrival. The fully equipped separate kitchen, although tiny, has a real slate floor, and everything is reached without using up too much energy. There is a Neff oven, ceramic hob, fridge with ice box, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave/grill, ample cooking utensils.
