The kitchen is fitted with all essential appliances including an electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, colour TV with DVD & Freeview, CD/radio, books/ games/DVDs. Fuel & power included in the rent. Bed linen & towels included in the rent. There is private parking space for 2 cars. Lawned rear garden with furniture. One well behaved pet welcome at £10 per week. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 4 miles. Pub 1 mile. Please Note: Garden at property not enclosed, please ensure dogs are kept on leads at all times. Set in glorious countryside and only four miles from the historic town of Malmesbury, the attractive North Wiltshire village of Charlton is well known for its 12th Century Benedictine abbey ruins. Located on the southern edge of the Cotswold Hills, the village is set in an area rich with excellent walking opportunities, as well as numerous interesting places to visit. The nearby Westonbirt Arboretum - with its extensive collection of trees and shrubs – as well as the Cotswold Water Park, picturesque Castle Combe, and the National Trust village of Lacock are all within easy driving distance. The Roman city of Bath is also easily accessible and is a wonderful place to visit for any Jane Austen fan or Roman history buff.
