The kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, colour TV with freeview, DVD, stereo/CD player. All fuel and power included in the rent. Starter pack of fuel for open fire included in the rent. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Travel cot available. Courtyard garden with garden furniture. Roadside parking for one car (permit in property). Sorry no smoking. One well behaved dog welcome (must be kept downstairs at all times). Cycles can be stored in the garden. Shops, pubs and restaurants 2 minutes' walk, where WiFi is freely available. Stratford train station 10 minutes' walk. Please Note: This cottage has steep stairs and may not be suitable for the less mobile. Visitors to the Cotswolds have long treasured memories of charming towns and villages built from the famous honey-coloured stone, it now boasts a thriving community of contemporary artists working from studios and shops throughout the area.
