THE DAIRY

The Dairy is a very pretty newly converted barn, in a very quiet situation, near to the farmer's beautiful farm house, near to Crimscote. It is surrounded by its own lawned garden, with views of the fields, downs and Ilmington Hills all around.

The Dairy is situated 5 miles from Stratford-upon-Avon and ½ mile from Crimscote. The Dairy is full of character with beams and wooden floors and is furnished to the highest standard. The accommodation is single storey.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, electric cooker etc. The beamed sitting room has a settee and chair grouped around the television and the fireplace, at one end is a dining area with table and chairs. The sitting room has an attractive galleried landing above.

There are three prettily furnished bedrooms, all colour co-ordinated, one with a double bed and en-suite shower, one with twin beds and ensuite bath, a single bedroom en-suite with a shower. It is centrally heated throughout. There is plenty off road parking and a large garden. Available New year

PARADISE COTTAGE

Paradise Cottage is in a most romantic setting for 2, in a newly converted former Shepherd's Retreat, near to the farmers beautiful farm house, near to Crimscote. It is surrounded by its own lawned garden, with views of the fields, downs and Ilmington Hills all around.

Paradise Cottage is full of character with beams and wooden floors and is furnished to the highest standard creating the most romantic hideaway just for 2 - paradise indeed!

Stratford-upon-Avon is just 5 miles away with all of its Shakespearean attractions including theatres, lovely shopping centre, period buildings, river walks and swans. The pretty north Cotswolds to explore with umpteen charming villages like Chipping Campden, a variety of tea and antique shops. A wealth of historic properties, Warwick Castle, Blenheim Palace, Ragley Hall, and numerous National Trust properties including the world famous Hidcote Gardens. Crimscote Downs is an excellent walking area, with the footpath over the Downs and several good walks in and around the village of Ilmington. Ilmington is the only Warwickshire village actually situated in the Cotswolds.
