The kitchen is fitted with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, 2 x colour TVs, 1 with Freeview, DVD, stereo/CD. All fuel and power included in the rent. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Small enclosed garden with furniture. There is private parking space for two cars. Cycles and/or cycle storage available. Lockable ramp for motorbikes. Sorry, no smoking and no pets. Shop 15 minutes' walk. Pub 5 minutes' walk. Please Note: This property is suitable for children ages 8 and over only. The village of Hatton is set in the heart of 'Shakespeare country' and makes a quintessentially English base for your holiday. The Grand Union Canal runs through the village, with a well-known set of 21 locks, known as 'the stairway to heaven', a great spot to sit and watch the boats negotiate their way. The village is surrounded by open countryside, offering up a variety of walks and cycling. The town of Leamington Spa has wonderful Georgian and Victorian buildings, while Warwick, with its medieval castle and variety of amenities, makes a great day out. There are plenty of National Trust properties in the area, and the honey coloured villages of the Cotswolds are within easy reach.
