Located on a small attractive development a few miles from Stratford-upon-Avon, Burford Cottage is a charming terraced cottage formed as part of a 19th century barn conversion. The property sleeps up to 4 people in comfort and has a king-size double bedroom and a twin room, as well as a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. The cottage also includes a beamed sitting room incorporating a dining area and a warming woodburner-effect electric stove, as well as a well-equipped fitted kitchen. To the outside of the property there are private patios on each side supplied with table and chairs and guests also have use of a communal enclosed lawn and BBQ area. There is ample off road parking. The local shop and pub are just 1.5 miles away, with yet more amenities in Stratford itself. The historic towns of Stratford-upon-Avon and Warwick are both a short drive away and the charming towns and villages of the Costwolds are all close by. All about you the beautiful Warwickshire countryside invites further exploration. Burford Cottage makes a fine base for a family or romantic break.

This rural cottage has heating from storage heaters throughout and woodburner-effect electric stove in sitting room. The kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, refrigerator, washer/dryer, dishwasher, colour TV with Freeview, DVD, radio/CD, library of books and DVDs. Fuel and power included in the rent. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Ample off road parking. Front and rear patio/garden areas with furniture. Communal barbecue area. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 1.5 miles. Visitors to the Cotswolds have long treasured memories of charming towns and villages built from the famous honey-coloured stone. It now boasts a thriving community of contemporary artists working from studios and shops throughout the area.

Willicote Pastures is a small development a mile from the pretty village of Clifford Chambers, around 4 miles from the historic town of Stratford-upon-Avon, birthplace of Shakespeare. The area offers so much to see and do, from historic houses and fine gardens to the river, theatre and Shakespearian attractions of Stratford itself.
