Set in 130 acres of private farmland in the beautiful Sussex countryside yet within easy reach of local amenities and within one hour of both London and Brighton.

The estate boasts delightful formal gardens, a heated outdoor swimming pool, a tennis court, table tennis and a trampoline. The undulating pastureland features ponds, woods and copses, affording long or short walks both on Streele's own land and over the surrounding farms and woodland.

Our outdoor swimming pool, heated from May until September, is complimented by a pool house with changing rooms, wc and shower. Our games room for guests over twelve years houses a bar, pool / snooker table, bar billiards and gym equipment.

Recommended Places to Visit: The spa town of Royal Tunbridge Wells, famous for The Pantiles and Chalybeate spring is less than ten miles from Streele Farm. The Sussex coast is within easy reach - the vibrant culture of Brighton and Hove is less than one hour away, as are the historic fishing towns of Hastings and Rye. Direct trains reach central London within one hour from Crowborough station, which is a ten minute drive. An abundance of places of interest locally, including Groombridge Place, Hever Castle, Ashdown Forest, Bodiam Castle and Batemans (home of Rudyard Kipling) to name but a few.

Recommended Places to Eat Out: The Kings Arms, Rotherfield is a 5 minute drive away and is highly recommended, as is the Middle House in Mayfield. Various other excellent country pubs in the area. A range of restaurants to suit all tastes can be found in the nearby towns of Crowborough and Royal Tunbridge Wells.

Local Sports: Tennis court, table tennis, trampoline and outdoor pool all on site. 130 acres of private fields and woodland to explore on foot. Horse riding can be arranged from our own stables. Fishing can also be arranged.
