A comfortable one-storey annexe next to the owner's home located in the country village of Henfield which is only 10 miles from cosmopolitan Brighton. The simply decorated rooms are fully furnished and offer room to relax. The accommodation consists of a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a modern kitchen and a welcoming lounge that includes a dining area. Guests may also relax in the owner's mature garden and take meals outside on the private patio.
The property offers excellent access to the South Downs and the West Sussex countryside, with walkers being served by several nearby paths.
Cosy cottage with The cottage has efficient gas central heating throughout with additional heating from multi-fuel stove in the sitting room. Kitchen with an electric cooker, gas hob, microwave, refrigerator, washer/dryer, colour TV with Freeview, DVD player, CD player/cassette/radio, small library of games and books for a little relaxation. Fuel, power and a starter pack of fuel for the open fire included in the rent. Bed linen and towels inclusive of the rental price.
Off road parking available 100 yards from the cottage in church car park. There is a well established shared garden with a private patio area where you can sit and enjoy good weather.
Up to two well behaved dogs are welcome at an extra cost of £10 per booking. Sorry, no smoking permitted. The nearest shop and pub are a 5 minute walk away.
Sussex on England's South Coast boasts a number of seaside towns including the popular seaside resorts of Eastbourne, Brighton and Bognor Regis. With resorts such as these Sussex has lots to offer for summer self catering holidays. Also along the Sussex coast are a number of seaside villages.
