The heating in this cottage is electric wall heaters. The kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer (in shared external utility room), colour TV. All fuel and power included in the rent. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent. There is private parking space for 2 cars. Sorry no pets and no smoking. Shop 2 miles, pub 10 minutes' walk. Please Note: This property does not accept children of 12 yrs and under. Please Note: Horse livery can be arranged direct with owner. Surrey is an ideal destination for a fantastic holiday. With rolling hills, pretty towns and villages all set amidst glorious countryside in a fantastic location. There are country houses, English gardens and a wealth of stunning waterways to explore.

Set amidst glorious Surrey countryside on the North Downs Way, the charming village of Caterham offers a good number of shops, pubs, restaurants and cafés. It also offers a broad range of leisure facilities, such as a local theatre and an excellent leisure centre. The region boasts a wealth of footpaths and bridleways that visitors can explore on foot or by bike. The nearby towns of Reigate and Dorking both offer plenty of amenities, whilst the Bluewater Shopping Centre and Chessington World of Adventures are just 30 minutes drive away.
