Located in the Suffolk seaside town of Lowestoft, Primrose House is a spacious property formed from two houses that have been knocked together to create a wonderful holiday cottage. The accommodation is suitable for up to ten people, with four bedrooms (two doubles, one twin and one with bunk beds), a sofa bed in one of the sitting rooms and two family bathrooms. The cottage also includes a fitted kitchen, a dining room with open fire, two sitting rooms, one with an open fire and one with a gas fire, and a games room which is great for children. An enclosed rear garden is supplied with outdoor furniture and play equipment. This country cottage is spacious enough to give every member of the family some personal space. Outside the cottage there is dedicated off road parking for two cars. A short walk will take you down to the sandy beach and an amusement park on the edge of the town. All the attractions of Great Yarmouth lie just up the coast and a short drive will take you to the boating opportunities of the Norfolk Broads or to historic city of Norwich. Primrose House is an excellent family holiday cottage.

Full The cottage has efficient gas central heating with additional heating from open fires and gas fire. Gas range cooker, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher. Use of washing machine and tumble dryer by arrangement with owner. 2 x TVs with Freesat, DVD, radio/CD player, library of books, games, CDs and DVDs. Cot, highchair and stairgates. Fuel, power and starter pack for open fires included in the rent. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent. There is private parking space for 2 cars, ample roadside parking. Bike storage available. Front lawned garden. Enclosed side and rear lawned garden with furniture, summer house and children's play equipment. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop, pub and leisure centre 5 minutes' walk. Beach 15 minutes' walk. Please Note: The owner has a selection of beach equipment including towels, chairs, parasol, windbreak and toys which are available to hire by arrangement. Picturesque rolling Fens, unspoilt beaches, and pretty waterways – East Anglia is a dream holiday destination. Norfolk offers beaches, saltmarshes and quaint villages whilst equally as charming are the coast and countryside of Suffolk.

The resort of Lowestoft is situated on the Suffolk coast and is home to some of the finest Blue Flag beaches in the area. Lowestoft has a good selection of shops, restaurants, cafes and bars whilst its maritime heritage is celebrated with a number of attractions.
