Holly Tree Farm Barns are situated in an idyllic spot just outside the village of Cratfield in rural Suffolk. It comprises 3 very tastefully converted, single storey farm buildings set around a central court yard, with unbroken views of the surrounding countryside. Each cottage is extremely light and spacious and has been furnished and decorated to a very high standard. The barns are approximately 50m from the main farm house

The Heritage Coast and unspoiled delights of Suffolk are nearby. We are in easy reach of Southwold and Walberswick. Dunwich and Minsmere are also close by and ideal for bird watching and walking. Snape Maltings near Aldburgh is renowned for its famous arts program. We have maps of local walks and can provide cycle routes. The village pub is an easy walk away.

We have eleven acres of meadowland and natural ponds to explore. Pets are very welcome. Sky TV. Laundry room. Private gardens.

Childrens play area on site. The cottages are just a short drive away from the popular family seaside resort of Southwold, famed for its colourful beach huts. Lowestoft and Great Yarmouth are within easy reach for a day out. Kessingland beach and the Suffolk Wildlife and Safari Park, Diss, Harleston, Bungay, Beccles, or southwards Framlingham, Saxmundham with its vineyard and Leiston are all within easy reach by car.
