The holiday cottage is fully equipped for self catering

In from the garden at the back of the house is the well appointed kitchen. It is equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, toaster and washing machine. There is an ample supply of pans, crockery, glasses and kitchen utensils. A cafetiere and coffee grinder are also provided, plus kitchen linen.

The sitting/dining room is situated at the front of the house. It has comfortable seating and a dining table with four chairs. It is equipped with a TV and a DVD player and there is a good selection of books and games, videos and DVDs, for both adults and children. There is an open fireplace for real fires!

The master bedroom at the back of the house has a five foot double bed, wardrobe and dressing table. There is a TV with video player. The second bedroom has one single bed and is suitable for one child or adult. There is a built in wardrobe.

Towels and linen supplied for both bedrooms. The oil-fired central heating boiler is very efficient, producing instant hot water and heating the cottage quickly.

The garden is safe and enclosed, mainly lawn, with a patio. A secure wooden shed houses patio furniture and is suitable for storage of bicycles. A barbeque is provided.
