Holly Tree Cottage in Friston is a cosy end-terraced holiday home in a quiet Suffolk village. The first floor bedrooms – a double and a single with extra z-bed – are comfortable, there is a bathroom also on the first floor, while downstairs is a kitchen, dining room and sitting room with woodburner. Outside, there is off road parking for two cars, and attractive gardens to the front and rear.
With the coast and market towns so close, and inland attractions including nature reserves and historical sites in easy reach, Holly Tree Cottage is a lovely Suffolk base for a couple or small family.

The kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, tumble dryer, colour TV with Freeview, DVD. Fuel and power included in the rent. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent.
- There is private parking space for two cars. Front garden, rear garden with furniture.

Friston is a small village in Suffolk, a few miles inland from the beautiful coast and attractive towns of Aldeburgh and Southwold. Friston has a village green and a village pub, and is well placed for nature reserves, country walks, Snape Maltings Concert Hall and Sutton Hoo.

Recommended Places to Visit: The Suffolk coast offers several attractive seaside resorts with good sandy beaches. Southwold is charming, has a pier and an attractive high street with a number of independent shops. There are some excellend coffee shops and pubs for meals. Lowestoft further north offers an enormous swathe of golden sand and plenty of entertainment.
