High House Farm - Badingham, Suffolk, England

There are two large double bedrooms at the front of the house, one en suite and three further bedrooms, sleeping 9 persons or more. The staircase goes up to an open landing which is very beautiful with views over the fields.

In front of the property there is a large paddock the grounds in region of  6 acres, there are two ponds. The garden area is mainly laid to grass. The property has full oil fired central heating an open fire and woodstove for chilly evenings. High House Farm is a great place to chill out and feel at home. High House Farm was a former small farm where the owners grew crops and reared cattle until the early 80's.

It is reached by going to Framlingham, turning right on the Badingham Road. Follow the avenue of trees. Turn right onto A1120, past the White Horse Pub to your left, 2.50 miles, small garage and turn left directly after int Pound Green Road. Past some houses 0.25 miles turn left down bridleway white sign. Keep going to the end and you will find the driveway, take right fork which stops in front of the house.
