Downstairs, the living accommodation also includes a kitchen incorporating a dining area, a cosy sitting room and a reading room.  The enclosed garden has a summer house and is blessed with lovely country views. There is off road parking for 3 cars. All the amenities of Leek are within easy reach, and the Peak District National Park provides several excellent walks and cycle trails, opportunities for climbing as well as attractive villages to visit. Highfield Cottage makes a wonderfully welcoming base for a family holiday.

The cottage has efficient gas central heating throughout, electric fire in sitting room, gas fire in reading room. The kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, refrigerator, fridge/freezer, washing machine. TV with Freeview, DVD, radio/CD player, books/games/DVDs. Fuel and power included in the rent. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Stairgate available. Large enclosed garden with lawned area, patio with furniture and summer house. There is private parking space for 3 cars. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop, tea room and pub 5 minutes' walk. Town centre facilities 1 mile.
