Moonfleat is a stone-built traditional period country cottage. Its regains its old charm and character but at the same time is comfortable. Coleridge Way literally passes by the front door. Situated on the edge of a National Trust Park (an area of outstanding beauty) plenty of Tracks, Combes, woodland to explore. The Quantocks is known for its Red Deer, Quantock ponies. The views are breathtaking and even the evenings you can see a Beautiful Sunset. This is the ideal spot to recharge your batteries. Cottage is on Large Grounds and totally private. A patio behind to sit outside.

Changeover Day: Flexible

The cottage is well placed for visitors to enjoy the coast, the National Park and to be able to tour this part of west Somerset. Minehead, Bridgwater and Taunton are big towns with plenty of amenities within driving distance. This area is also well-blessed with plenty of National Trust properties to visit. The Coleridge Way passes the cottage and there are numerous walks for everyone from serious walkers to people who like the occasional stroll in pretty countryside.

Travel: Bristol Airport - 1 hour. Plymouth Channel Port - 1.5 hours. Poole - 2 hours away

Good places to visit: Minehead and the surrounding areas. Wells, Glastonbury, wookey Hole, Bath, Chedder. Plus drives to North Devon, Woolacombe, Tarr steps, Valley of the Rocks.

Good places to eat: Westquontoxhead has a local pub and others in surrounding villages including Bicknoller lnn and Triscombe. Williton and Watchet has take away Chinease and lndian.

Local Sports: Walking on Exmoor and directly on the Quantocks. Coleridge Way passes the literally by the front door. Fishing off the harbour of Blue Anchor and Watchet. Pony Trekking on Exmoor.
