Shells Cottage is a wonderful Somerset rural retreat located within walking distance of the village of Washford. Situated just outside the Exmoor National Park this thatched cottage sleeps up to 12 people in 6 bedrooms and is well located for exploring the countryside of Exmoor.
In terms of accommodation there are 6 bedrooms comprising one double bedroom with ensuite shower room, one ground floor double, three further doubles and one bedroom with adult bunk beds. There is also a a fitted kitchen, dining room and sitting room with woodburning stove, family bathroom and a ground floor WC. Outside the cottage there is a private enclosed garden with pond and hot tub, ideal for relaxing outside. There is also private parking for four cars.
Whether you are holidaying with family or friends, Shells Cottage is a delightful rural Somerset country cottage.

The cottage has efficient gas central heating with additional heating from a woodburning stove in the sitting room.
In the kitchen there is a range cooker with electric oven and gas hobs, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher. TV with Freeview, DVD, selection of books and DVDs. Fuel, power and all fuel for woodburning stove included in the rent. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent.
There is private parking space for 4 cars. Private enclosed garden with pond, furniture and hot tub.
One well behaved dog is most welcome.
Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 10 minutes' walk.

The rural village of Washford in Somerset is situated on the A39 between Minehead and Bridgwater. Two miles away is the pretty coastal port of Watchet, plus the stunning Exmoor National Park and The Quantock Hills are close by. There are many coastal and inland villages to explore in the area and the busy resort of Minehead offers a sandy beach, golf course and traditional seaside attractions.
