Buzzard Heights is a disabled-friendly annexe set in a beautiful rural location in the Polden Hills, in the hamlet of Stawell, just 6.5 miles from Bridgwater. The accommodation is made up of a sitting room with dining area and woodburner, a kitchen, a twin bedroom with en-suite shower room, an ensuite family room with a double bed and two single beds and a WC. This property enjoys a beautiful country setting with views out towards Quantock Hills and Blackdown Hills.
Outside there is a private terrace garden where in summer you can enjoy sitting out and watching out for birds flying overhead.
Being set within award winning countryside, this cottage could be a good choice for keen wildlife watchers and for those looking to immerse themselves in nature. If you want to stop by town, Bridgwater is just over 6 miles away, meaning that Buzzard Heights can offer the best of both worlds. There is private parking for two vehicles.

This country cottage has efficient gas central heating, additional heating from a woodburner in the sitting room.
The kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, 3 x TVs with Freeview and DVD, library of books and guidebooks. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner included in the rent. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Two travel cots and one highchair available on request.
Stairlift. There is private parking space for 2 cars. Bike storage. Shared 10 acre woodland garden with private enclosed patio with furniture.
Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Farm shop 2 miles. Pub with restaurant 2 minutes' walk.
Please Note: This cottage may be suitable for accompanied disabled. Motorised scooter, wheelchair, bed and chair hoist available on request for hire on arrival.

The town of Bridgwater has plenty to interest visitors including shopping, historic buildings and a excellent selection of restaurants and pubs. Also an annual Bridgwater Illuminated Carnival takes place in November. Cheddar is only a few miles away as is Glastonbury, home of King Arthur and pop festivals. The fascinating wetland areas surrounding Bridgwater are internationally renowned for wildfowl and wading birds. Nearby Shapwick Heath has an excellent wetland nature reserve.
