Luxury self catering accommodation in the heart of the Mendip Hills yet with Bath, Bristol and Wells on its doorstep, The Garden House offers a base for outings to a wide variety of interesting places. The style of the interior is an eclectic meixture of old and new with all the modern comforts to make your stay a memorable one.

The access to the cottage is independent and there is private parking right outside the door. We provide basics for your breakfast for the morning after your arrival and can stock the freezer if you wish. There are 3 kingsize double beds (one 7') which can all be split for parties of singles and a twin bedroom. Goosedown duvets and egyptian cotton bedlinen make for serious comfort at night.

There are flat screen TVs in every bedroom with a mega TV in the sitting area with additional in house cinema and DVD library. The kitchen is fully integrated with honed granite worktop. Toiletries and logs for the fire are included. There are lots of games, books and magazine. If you like eating outside, there is a delightful walled garden with large teak table and chairs. We provide one large disposable barbecue. You can walk for miles cross country straight from you front door and if you like bird watching, remember to bring your binoculars!

Travel: Bath Spa and Bristol Airport

Good places to visit: Bath and Bristol are half an hour by car and in only 12 minutes you can get to Wells which is England's smallest cathedral city. It is a complete delight with Bishop's Palace surrounded by a moat, a market twice a week and some lovely independent shops.
