Rose Cottage is a lovely, detached cottage situated in the hamlet of Maesbrook, seven miles from Oswestry, and sleeps four. There is a double and a twin bedroom, a first floor bathroom and a ground floor shower room. There is also a fitted kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with woodburner. Outside, there are enclosed garden to the front and rear, and off road parking.

Rose Cottage is ideal for families or a romantic escape in the country.

The kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, use of owner’s tumble dryer by arrangement. TV with Freeview. All fuel, power and wood for woodburner included in the rent. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Cot, highchair and stairgate available.

Off road gravel parking for 3 cars. Shed for mountain bikes.

Front and rear enclosed gardens with lawn, furniture and barbecue. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops 2 miles, pub with restaurant 0.75 miles.

Please Note: Bedrooms have low doors and sloping ceilings.
