This beautifully converted spacious second floor, 2 bedroom apartment, offers self catering accommodation for 4 people. It is located only a few minutes walk from the centre of the historic market town of Newark. Prices from £300 per week for up to 4 people.

PLEASE NOTE: I am currently only taking bookings up to the end of March 2012. Last minute nightly rate from £100.

Prices quoted are for up to 4 people only.

A refundable security deposit of £250 is also required with the final payment.

The Brewery has been lovingly restored. The accommodation has a spacious open plan lounge, dining, kitchen offering a great space for families and groups to enjoy time together, there is also a family bath with shower. Master bedroom has a ing size bed and bedroom 2 has a double bed.

The perfect place to get away from it all and unwind for that perfect holiday. Also available for short breaks and last minute nightly rate from £100 per night. The apartment can accommodate 4 people with it's 2 bedrooms. This is a non smoking property.

The town centre is only a 5 minute walk away with plenty of friendly pubs, nice restaurants, a night club, bowling, a new 5 screen cinema, antique and other unique shops, and many historic sites such as Newark Castle.

Changeover Day: Flexible

There is much to see and do locally. The famous Major Oak, home of Robin Hood; Nottingham City with it's castle, shops, restaurants, theatres and cinemas; Nearby attractions such as the old market town of Newark with it's castle and famous Antique Fair; Lincoln Cathedral and Southwell Minster. For the outdoor enthusiast there is Rufford, Clumber and Thoresby Park; Sherwood Pines Mountain Bike Centre; Go Ape & Go Carting adventure parks; There's also the National Watersport Centre at Holme Pierrepont, local swimming pools and only 1 hours drive away is the beautiful Peak District famous for it's walking and rock climbing. The options are endless

Good places to visit: Sherwood Forest and local country parks of Rufford, Clumber and Thoresby. Many local beaches within 1 hours drive Peak District within 1 hours drive.
