A world of discovery and nature begins at your front door. There are otters, deer, owls and red squirres to encounter on walks through the countryside of the Breamish Valley. The National Park Visitor Centre is situated nearby and offers visitors informative year-round, ranger-led guided walks and activities that will give you a great insight into the flora, fauna and history of this area. Iron Age forts and settlements abound.
