Rose Bay is a delightful holiday home on the stunning Norfolk coast, which is only a short five minute walk from the glorious sandy beach at the ancient fishing village of Winterton-on-Sea. The dunes nature reserve is within an Area of outstanding Natural Beauty and is ideal for bird watchers and walkers. It's just the place to wind down and have a great time and has been stylishly decorated and furnished in order to offer a supremely comfortable holiday base. The spacious rooms, include a well-equipped kitchen, a large conservatory, and two bathrooms. The family room on the first floor includes a double, single and en-suite WC, while there are also a first floor double, and two further doubles and a twin room on the ground floor. The garden is lawned with a patio area and furniture, great for relaxing on sunny evenings. It's a brilliant place for a family break or for a group of friends to relax. Seaside strolls and country walks begin at your door, while only a short drive away are the famous coastal resort of Great Yarmouth with its entertainments, gardensand museums.

A small village on the coast of Norfolk, Winterton-on-Sea is a great base for enjoying the benefits of a holiday in this part of Norfolk, but without the crowds of more commercial resorts. Winterton-on-Sea has a long unspoilt sandy beach, and a nature reserve which plays home to terns and toads. With pretty fishermans cottages, thatched roofs and a 12th century church, the village enjoys a completely different atmosphere to its more developed neighbour, Great Yarmouth, which is only eight miles along the road, allowing easy access to all its amenities, which include the Pleasure Beach, museums, markets and shops.
