The well-equipped kitchen with microwave, electric cooker, hob, integral washer & fridge has beech worktops and large butler's sink. The spacious lounge with inglenook, woodburning stove and central heating has a seperate area for dining and is ideal for a relaxing evening. Opening out to the conservatory it has private southerly views of the garden. Stairs lead to a large pretty double bedroom with seating area, TV & views of the garden. The bathroom with shower over the bath is on the ground floor.
