On the ground floor of this attractive cottage there is a tiled hallway with ample space for hats and coats.  All of the bedrooms, the shower/wet room and utility room lead off this space, with a wide staircase leading to the living/kitchen/dining room above.

Bedroom Number 1:  This attractive bedroom has a king size bed along with a luxury en-suite bathroom with heated towel rail, handheld shower attachment, hand basin and loo.

Bedroom Number 2:  In this bedroom there are two full size single beds.  This room also has an en-suite bathroom with bath, handheld shower attachment, heated towel rail,  basin and WC.

Bedroom Number 3:  There are two full sized single beds in this bedroom.

Shower Wet Room:  Enjoy using the large, luxurious family shower room which is fully tiled. The shower area has enough room for three or four people to rinse off the sand after spending a fun filled day at the beach! There is also a heated towel rail, a hand basin and a W.C.

The Utility Room:  In this room there is a Belfast sink and wood worktops with a Bosch washing machine and a Miele dryer, as well as ample storage space.

The open plan kitchen, dining and sitting room area is on the first floor. 

Kitchen/SittingRoom/Dining:  This attractive room has a vaulted ceiling along with two large windows that overlook the creek.  There is a fully equipped kitchen with a window overlooking the gardens and a generous dining area, with a table to seat eight people.  Sit at the dining area and enjoy looking out of the window at the boats just outside and the natural light in this area.  The kitchen boasts a Neff electric hob and oven, a large Neff fridge and separate Neff freezer and a Bosch dishwasher.  In the sitting room for your entertainment there is a 26 inch LG flat screen TV, DVD player and cosy wood burning stove for cosy nights in.

Outside the Cottage:  Outside the property is a large shared garden which is great for relaxing in.  This garden is shared with 3 other holiday cottages.  Ample car parking is available

This stylishly converted boat house is equipped with central heating and a cosy wood burner. The hallway, bathroom, utility room all the bedrooms have terracotta tiled floors, the kitchen has laminate flooring, the living room and stairs are carpeted with a natural fibered carpet, the bedrooms have this same carpet as area rugs.   If you need use of a travel cot and high chair do let us know at the time of booking, as these are available from the property owners by request in advance.
