The cottage is fully centrally heated and has a welcoming wood burner for a cosy winter's evening. Just 4 miles from the seaside town of CROMER, Hope Cottage is ideally placed for exploring all the varied attractions of north Norfolk including the historic cathedral city of Norwich & the famous NORFOLK BROADS.

The well-equipped kitchen with microwave, electric cooker, hob, integral washer & fridge has beech worktops and large butler's sink. The spacious lounge with inglenook, woodburning stove and central heating has a seperate area for dining and is ideal for a relaxing evening. Opening out to the conservatory it has private southerly views of the garden. Stairs lead to a large pretty double bedroom with seating area, TV & views of the garden. The bathroom with shower over the bath is on the ground floor.

3 night breaks available £200 or 4 nights £220 (excluding June/July/August/pub hols/Christmas & New Year) Flexible starting dates. Special rates for Christmas and New Year. All prices are fully inclusive.
