A delightful country cottage for two converted from an 18th century barn. Situated on the outskirts of the village of Newton-le-Willows, three miles from the town of Bedale, The Shippon is a detached, stone built cottage. The property sleeps 2 people in comfort and has one twin bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. The cottage also includes a fitted kitchen with a dining area and a sitting room with another dining area. Guests benefit from use of a shared 2 acre garden provided with furniture and a BBQ and there is designated off road parking for 2 cars. There are several walking paths and cycle trails in the nearby Yorkshire Dales National Park. A short drive will also take you on to the historic city of York or to the Yorkshire coast. The Shippon is a superb holiday home for discovering the Yorkshire Dales.
