• Open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen, being well equipped with electric hob and oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge freezer.
• Door from here leads onto the private patio and garden area which, facing east, south and west receives all the day’s sun and colourful evening skies.
• 2 bedrooms - double bedroom looks over farmland towards The Wolds in the east whilst the twin room looks westerly over part of the garden.
• Shower room has slip resistant flooring with a walk in shower, the toilet is 2 inches higher than usual and warmed towels hang over the heated rail.
• Extra wide doorways and all on one level make The Shed suitable for anyone who has difficulty mounting stairs. A ramp for the one step to gain access is available if required.
