The Studio is a cosy annexe down a quiet lane near the small village of Harrowby, 3 miles from Grantham in Lincolnshire. The cottage has two first floor bedrooms - one single and one large double room which also works as the cottage's sitting room, with sofas and French doors out to the balcony with views over the countryside. On the ground floor is the shower room and a fitted kitchen with dining area. Outside is off road parking for two cars. From The Studio it is easy to enjoy the old inns of Grantham, many NT properties, stunning gardens and the city of Nottingham.
