A new barn conversion in 2003 it has a sitting and dining area with a vaulted and beamed ceiling, a luxurious fitted kitchen, a double bedroom with en-suite, 2 twin bedrooms, a spa bath or hot tub for four. Pets by prior arrangement, babysitting service if required. Wheelchair access via a ramp and a wet room for wheelchair users. Sycamore Lodge Farm is a new barn conversion into luxury three bedroom holiday accommodation. The bungalow has a spacious lounge and dining area with exposed wooden beams and large conservatory with a four person hot tub; the extensive glass affords panoramic views over the Vale of Belvoir. This secluded spot sits in open countryside approximately one mile from the village of Harby near Melton Mowbray.

There is one double en-suite bedroom and two twin rooms, all furnished with locally made pine, plus a walk-in family wet room with shower, bath, wc and cosy underfloor heating. The bungalow offers full laundry and cooking facilities with a fully fitted kitchen and utility room.

The hot tub with its massaging water jets have a range of beneficial effects, or just provide another excuse for you to relax.

There are spacious grounds surrounding Sycamore farm, including a patio, barbecue area, garden and adequate car parking.
