New Farm Cottage, with its exclusive use of heated indoor pool and sauna, is situated in the beautiful Vale of Belvoir, on a working arable farm. The 4 bedroomed cottage can sleep up 9 adults plus a child in a cot. It features a lounge with colour TV and DVD player, a large dining room, a fitted kitchen with a fridge and deep freeze, electric cooker, automatic washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing facilities, microwave, coffee maker, a children's play room with tables and chairs, board games, a large blackboard etc. A high chair and stair gate are provided. Upstairs, there is a family bedroom with one double bed, one single bed and an en-suite shower room, another double bedroom with a wash basin, a twin bedroom, a single bedroom with bunk beds and a cot. All linen is provided except for use with the child's cot. A patio in the garden comes complete with furniture and a BBQ.

A baby-sitting service is available. No smoking in the property. The cottage is located 1.5 miles away from the village of Harby near Melton Mowbray, with its pubs and local stores.

The market town of Melton Mowbray, famous for pork pies and Stilton cheese is 7 miles away. A street and livestock market is held every Tuesday. Short breaks are available - prices on request.
