On the ground floor there is a hallway leading on to a spacious living/kitchen/dining area with French doors which open out to the courtyard garden, with the sea just yards beyond to the rear of the property. Upstairs there are two large bedrooms, one with lovely sea views and the family bathroom. Further up the stairs is the master suite with a king sized bed, a sitting area with more appealing sea views and an en-suite shower room.  There is convenient parking available.
