The kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, 2 x TVs, 1 with Sky and 1 with Freeview, broadband, selection of books and DVDs. All fuel and power included in the rent. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent. There is private parking space for 1 car in allocated space. Shared use of communal garden. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 5 minutes' walk. Please Note: No babies or children. Kent has earned itself the name of the Garden of England.  With over 80 country parks, orchards, pastures and beautiful bluebell woods, you can quickly learn how Kent has been given this name. With plentiful opportunities for walking, cycling, horse riding or just relaxing and taking it easy, Kent can be a great destination for a self catering holiday.  Or head to the Kent coastline with attractions like the White Cliffs of Dover and blue flag award winning beaches.
