TV with Freeview, DVD player, selection of books and games. Gas and electric included in the rent. Bed linen is included in the rent. Stairgate. Roadside parking. Private, enclosed garden with patio, lawn, furniture and barbecue. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops, pubs and restaurants 3 minutes' walk, beach 5 minutes' walk. Please Note: The stairs are steep and as such, may not be suitable for the infirm. Please Note: The bathroom is accessed via one bedroom. The Isle of Wight, with its beaches, unspoiled scenery, rich heritage and over 500 miles of award-winning public footpaths is a walker’s paradise, or if sailing is your thing, the renowned annual Cowes Week is not to be missed.

The town of Rye is the largest on the Isle of Wight and is easily reached by ferry from the South coast of England. It became known as a summer holiday destination in the early 19th Century and has continued to develop so that now it has a fabulous range of bars, cafes and restaurants to suit all ages. With six miles of glorious sandy beaches, children’s funfairs and an ice rink, Ryde has become a wonderful family destination as well as being a superb base for discovering all that the island has to offer.
