Located in the holiday village of Gurnard Pines, near Cowes on the Isle of Wight, The Pheasantry is a semi-detached single storey Pines in a woodland setting. The cottage can sleep up to 4 people and has two bedrooms (one double and one bunk bedroom) and a family shower room. The open-plan living area is comprised of a fitted kitchen, as well as dining and sitting areas. There’s also room to expand outdoors on to a small private patio with furniture and a shared lawned area. There is also off road parking outside the cottage. Guests at the cottage have use of the site’s facilities, which include an indoor pool, an outdoor pool (between 26 May and 7 Sept), a tennis court, a gym, and sauna etc. These facilities are available at an additional charge payable at the Gurnard Pines reception.
The world famous yachting centre of Cowes is a short distance away, as are the glorious beaches at Ryde and Osborne House, Queen Victoria's Italianate summer home. The unspoilt countryside of the Isle of Wight is ripe for exploration, and Carisbrooke Castle offers an exciting historical destination for adults and children alike. The Pheasantry is an excellent holiday base for all the family.

This holiday cottage has efficient gas central heating. The kitchen is fitted with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine. TV with Freeview, books/games. First £10 of fuel and power inc. in rent, fuel card can be topped up at village centre. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Cot and highchair available. Off road parking. Small private patio with furniture, shared lawned area beyond patio. Use of facilities including indoor pool, outdoor pool (26 May - 7 Sept), tennis court, gym, sauna etc. at additional charge - weekly membership for use of the facilities can be purchased from Gurnard Pines reception, weekly rates are £15 per adult and £8 per child. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and bar on site, 8 minutes' walk. The Isle of Wight, with its beaches, unspoiled scenery, rich heritage and over 500 miles of award-winning public footpaths is a walker's paradise, or if sailing is your thing, the renowned annual Cowes Week is not to be missed.

Gurnard Pines is a holiday village one mile from the yachting centre of Cowes, at the northern end of the Isle of Wight. The village offers a wide variety of leisure facilities including indoor and outdoor swimming pools, tennis courts, a gym, sauna, children's play area, pizzeria, restaurant and bar.
