Newton Lodge is a detached Victorian cottage in the small hamlet of Welsh Newton Common, just four miles from Monmouth. The cottage can sleep twelve people in five bedrooms (four doubles - one with an ensuite, and one twin room with two additional pull out beds). The cottage also contains two family bathrooms. The rest of the accommodation is made up of a kitchen with a dining area, a separate dining room with an open fire, a morning room and a sitting room with another open fire. Outside the cottage is off road parking for seven cars, bike storage and a large enclosed garden with games, furniture and a barbecue. Newton Lodge is in a lovely location for visiting this delightful part of the country.

The cottage has efficient gas central heating, two open fires & storage heaters. Gas fired range, combination microwave with oven and grill, refrigerator, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher. TV with Freeview, DVD, stereo/CD player, books/games/DVDs. Broadband available. Fuel, power and starter pack for open fires included in the rent. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent. 2 cots on request. Large enclosed mature garden with lawn area suitable for tennis or croquet, furniture & brick built barbecue. Outdoor covered area with table tennis. Paddock. Bike storage. There is private parking space for 7 cars. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 5 minutes' walk, pub 2 miles. Please Note: Paddock has a fenced pond. Please Note: Outside catering available by prior arrangement with owner. Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.
