Upper Trereece is a superbly comfortable home for 8 people. It was fitted with all new appliances including a Rangemaster electric/gas cooker, and is ideal for people who want to have a 'get away from it all' holiday in the wonderful Herefordshire countryside. It is a 'home from home' and not simply a holiday let. The barn features exposed beams, a sitting room room with a welcoming log burning fire, a large galleried entrance hall with table tennis, a 27ft kitchen/dining room, a utility room and cloakroom. Upstairs are 2 double bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom, the other with an en-suite shower room, and 2 further twin bedrooms sharing a family bathroom. Outside, there is a secure courtyard with patio, garden furniture and a barbecue.

Upper Trereece was converted in May 2005 to provide a superbly comfortable home for 8 people. It was fitted with all new appliances including a Rangemaster electric/gas cooker, and is ideal for people who want to have a 'get away from it all' holiday in the wonderful Herefordshire countryside. The owners were particularly anxious that the barn conversion resulted in a 'home from home' and not simply a holiday let.

The house stands in its own 10 acre pasture leading down to the Garron Brook, is situated in a quiet lane leading only to the housekeeper's farm, and is located halfway between Ross-on-Wye and Monmouth. Share our secret valley - 2 miles of brook meandering through grassy dells with private brown trout fishing, kingfishers, lambs and cattle, buzzards and bluebells.
