Owl Barn is a brand new barn conversion completed in sumer 2009. It is a contemporary barn conversion deep in the Herefordshire countryside yet it has the luxury of a hot tub, underfloor heating, ensuites to all bedrooms large garden and beautiful views. It is located 5 miles from Leominster and 12 miles from Ludlow and further afield Ledbury, Hereford and Hay on Wye.

 

The Interior of Owl Barn is open plan with a huge kitchen and dining area downstairs and a gorgeous living room with big squashy sofas, plasma tv and woodburner upstairs to maximize the views. Owl Barn can sleep up to a maximum of 9 adults, two children and a baby in a cot. It has five bedrooms. The first double with kingsize bed is downstairs and leads through to a smaller room with bunkbed suitable for children up to 12 yrs the main room has an en suite bathroom. The 2nd room downstairs is a twin with en suite wet room.There are two further rooms upstairs the first again has a kingsize bed and en suite bathroom and the final room also has a kingsize bed and a mezzanine floor which has another single bed suitable for another adult or child who doesn't mind steep stairs.

Outside the accomodation is situated in a third of an acre of secluded garden with large lawn area fabulous hot tub and large terrace perfect for alfresco eating. Surrounding the barn are numerous footpaths and bridleways.
