A country cottage, surrounded by wooded hills and scenic countryside, in the heart of England that’s sure to appeal. Sutton Barn is attached to the owner’s home, situated in a tranquil, rural location on the edge of the Forest of Dean and Wye Valley. The property can sleep up to 4 people and has two bedrooms: a mezzanine king-size double and a ground floor twin, as well as a ground floor shower room. The cottage also includes a fitted kitchen incorporating a dining area and a comfortable sitting room. A private gravelled seating area overlooks lawns and an ornamental pond. Two well behaved dogs are welcome to join you on your stay. There is car parking space beside this cottage for 2 cars. The Wye Valley and Royal Forest of Dean offer excellent walking and cycling opportunities, while the lovely towns of Ross-on-Wye, Ledbury, Monmouth and picturesque Symonds Yat are all just a short drive away. Sutton Barn is a great base for a holiday with family or friends.Full oil central heating, with additional heating from a woodburner in the sitting room. Double The kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, flat screen TV with freeview, DVD. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner included in the rent. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent. There is private parking space for 2 cars. Private gravelled seating area with garden furniture overlooking lawns and ornamental pond. Two well behaved dogs are welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2 miles. Please Note: Children must be supervised near the pond.
