The kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer. TV with Sky, DVD, radio, WiFi Internet, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for open fire included in the rent. Bed linen is included in the rent. Cot and highchair on request. There is private parking space for 3 cars. Lockable storage for cycles and kayaks available. Front lawned garden with patio area, furniture and barbecue. Two well behaved dogs are welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop, pub and Post Office 2 minutes' walk.
