The kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, washing machine. TV with Freeview, DVD, CD, iPod dock. Fuel, power and starter pack for open fire included in the rent. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Travel cot and highchair available on request. There is private parking space for 2 cars. Use of owner's garden with furniture and barbecue. Cycle storage available. One well behaved dog is most welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1 minutes' walk.
