Gothic Cottage has full central heating with thermostatic control, a log fire and an electric fan heater. There is double glazing throughout. You enter the cottage through a well fitted kitchen, which leads to the 20 ft lounge with a dining table and writing desk in two bay windows.

There are two bedrooms, the main one with a double bed looks on to the garden and the other has bunk beds which are 3 ft wide and 6ft long and are suitable for children and adults.

A cot can be installed in the second bedroom as well.

The bathroom does not have a bath, but it has a shower cubicle with a thermostatic shower and a toilet and wash basin.
