The property is situated in the hamlet of Standford near to the meeting of three counties (Hampshire, Surrey, West Sussex) in Liphook, two miles from the A3 and within easy access of the M3, M27 & M25. It lies between the market towns of Farnham and Haslemere. Nearby are over a hundred acres of National Trust wood and heathland. 45 mins away from Gatwick, Heathrow and Southampton airports. 20 mins from Guildford, 30 mins from Portsmouth and 1 hour from London.
