The detached cottage is situated with the grounds of the owner's farm on the edge of the village of Upper Seagry in the beautiful country surrounds of North Wiltshire and near to the historic market town of Malmesbury. The property combines notable character features like its high vaulted ceilings and exposed beams with modern comfortable furnishings. The king size master bedroom is served by an en suite bathroom with shower facilities, while the separate bathroom includes a jacuzzi bath. This rural cottage has heating from storage heaters (in the hall and bedroom) and open fire. Kitchen with an electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, plasma screen colour TV with Freeview, DVD/CD, library of DVDs/CDs. All fuel & power included in the rent. Bed linen & towels included in the rent. Public car park adjacent to apartment. Parking 'clock' supplied (needs updating every 3 hours when using car park between 8am & 6pm - can be used in most New Forest Council car parks). Sorry, no pets/smoking. Shop & pub 2 minutes' walk. Holiday Village with gym, swimming pools, play areas, salon & restaurant 1 mile. Please Note: Access to apartment is via 11 step external staircase. Please Note: This property is suitable for 2 adults and 2 children OR 3 adults. Please Note: As property is situated on main street there may be some traffic noise. In Hampshire you can find peaceful green pastures and forest walks in the beautiful New Forest National Park. This place is no well kept secret though and many visitors come here to cycle, walk or horse ride (but not on the wild ponies). Hampshire also has an interesting coastline and the maritime cities of Portsmouth and Southampton, each with their own attractions. Also within Hampshire is the beautiful historical city of Winchester which is a pleasure to explore.

Situated on the banks of the River Avon, Fordingbridge offers a fine choice of shops, pubs and restaurants, a museum of local history and an exhibition of work by the local artist Augustus John, who lived here for several years. A major feature of the town is the seven graceful arches of the medieval Great Bridge. The wonderful New Forest National Park is just 1.5 miles away, with picturesque villages, welcoming inns, and thousands of acres of rugged moor, heath and woodland populated by the famous wild ponies. The magnificent Elizabethan manor house at Breamore, the New Forest Water Park, and the home of the National Motor Museum, Beaulieu, are also unmissable attractions of this beautiful area.
