Located on the edge of the quiet Hampshire village of Durley, a couple of miles from historic Botley, Swift Cottage is a one storey barn conversion in a rural situated on the owner's cattle and equestrian farm. The accommodation is ideal for a family or group of friends and can sleep four people in its one twin bedroom and one double (with an ensuite bathroom). The cottage also includes a family shower room, a fitted kitchen, a dining area and a sitting room with a welcoming woodburner. A lawned garden with outdoor furniture offers al fresco dining opportunities. There is off-road parking for one car. With rural rides aplenty, Swift Cottage is perfect for any budding equestrian; the owner can arrange horse riding lessons on request, and hacking is available from the equestrian centre. Heating from radiators powered by woodburner in the sitting area. Kitchen with an electric cooker, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, colour TV, DVD, Freeview. Fuel, power and starter pack of logs included in the rent. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent. There is private parking space for one car. Small patio with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile. Please Note: Horses use the adjacent farmyard. Hampshire has plenty of greenery to explore on a country cottage break.  From the Test Valley to the New Forest National Park and the South Downs, Hampshire is a naturally beautiful part of England.  Visit one of the towns in the New Forest like Beaulieu, Lyndhurst or Lymington or enjoy activities like walking, cycling and wildlife watching.
