Balcony off sitting area. Front lawned garden with patio area and furniture to front. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 1 mile. Pub next door. Please Note: This apartment offers first floor accommodation, the garden is at first floor level and provides access to property. There are steps from garden area down to ground floor level, parking area and pub garden.
