The single storey property, all on the ground floor, can accommodate up to 4 four people, with one double bedroom, a double sofabed in the sitting area and a shower room with shower, basin and WC. The open-plan living area includes a handmade fitted kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with the double sofa bed and a coal effect electric fire. Guests benefit from a garden and a patio area supplied with handmade furniture and a BBQ. There is dedicated off road parking for 2 cars. With walking and cycling opportunities on the numerous forest trails nearby and with both Ross-on-Wye and Gloucester within easy reach, Brookbank Folly is conveniently based for a variety of activities.
Heating from electric wall radiators throughout, electric fire in sitting room. The kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, refrigerator, colour TV with Freeview, DVD, stereo/CD player, small library of books and games. All fuel and power included in the rent. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Garden and patio area with handmade furniture and barbecue. There is private parking space for 1 car. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 1.5 miles. The Cotswolds or Cotswold Hills as they are also commonly referred to, cover almost 800 square miles of the English landscape across Gloucestershire, Oxfordshire and Wiltshire. The Cotswolds is worth a visit for its natural beauty alone and has plentiful opportunities for walking, cycling or rambling.
