The Manor House/Austen House - Badminton, Gloucestershire, England

We can now sleep up to 26 guests in our combined venues!  As both houses are on the same site, we are able to offer a special price to groups of 22 or more.

The Manor House, Petty France (the main house) has been totally refurbished and sleeps up to 16 guests in five spacious bedrooms plus two Knowle sofabeds in the sitting room.  There is a fully equipped kitchen and grand dining hall complete with baby grand piano.  Let with private spa including indoor heated pool and hot tub, and just a short drive from Bath, the house offers luxurious and gracious accommodation with a lovely private garden and parking for 8 cars.

Austen House - the East wing of the Manor now forms a self-contained, luxury house which sleeps up to 14 (minimum booking 10) in four spacious bedrooms with a sofa-bed in the sitting room. There are two bathrooms and a downstairs toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped and the sitting room spacious and elegant with dual aspect, Georgian windows. There is parking for up to 6 cars and the house offers a private hot tub. 

Self-catering, two night breaks are offered throughout the year, but if you choose to have caterers come to the house, we can help. There is a restaurant and bar opposite the Manor and many Cotswold villages with pubs nearby.  The bright lights of Bath and Bristol a mere 20 minutes away.  £2995 per 2 night break for 22 guests.
