Oil central heating throughout, The kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice box, washing machine, colour TV, DVD, CD player, library of books, games and DVDs. All fuel and power included in the rent. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent.

Garden with furniture and barbecue. Shared use of hot tub available by arrangement with owners. Travel cot and highchair available on request.

There is private parking space for two cars. Cycle storage available. Sorry, no smoking. One well behaved dog is most welcome. Shop 3 miles. Pub 10 minutes' walk. Stabling for one horse available by prior arrangement with owners.
