This charming country cottage is in the West Dorset Area of Outstanding Beauty and offers a wonderful rural retreat. Located in the hamlet of Duntish just nine miles from Sherborne in Dorset, Brook’s Cottage is a semi detached barn conversion. The cottage sleeps four people and has one double bedroom, one twin room and a family bathroom. There is also a well-equipped fitted kitchen and a cosy sitting room incorporating a dining area. There is a private courtyard and guests also benefit from shared use of gardens supplied with outdoor furniture and a barbecue.
There is designated off-road parking for two cars.
Three well-behaved dogs are welcome. To accompany you during your stay.
The glorious North Dorset countryside offers several lovely walks, including the Hardy Trail and the Wessex Ridgeway. A short drive will take you on to the historic town of Dorchester of the stunning Jurassic coast. This cottage provides an excellent base for exploring the area.

This self catering cottage has full oil central heating with additional heating from electric woodburner in sitting room. Double electric oven and ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, 2 x TVs (1 with Freeview), DVD, CD/radio, selection of books and games.
All fuel and power included in the rent. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent.
Cot and high chair on request. Ample off road parking. Private rear enclosed courtyard with furniture. Shared front patio with furniture and lawned area with furniture and barbecue.
Three well behaved dogs welcome.
